That place is new. The facility is new and clean, with basin inside room. Rooms look exactly like photos in their website. Same price as other places : $40 for 30 minutes, $55 for 45 minutes and $65 for 1 hour. Most of mls are from Thai. At least one is from China. The owner is Chinese and she posted her personal information on shop website, lol. Normal extra is offered. Hope you guys will dig deeper and have more details. Cheers.

Not really. I just sent my spy there to get information about the service (if they offer extra extra, then I stay away), facilities, .... Look like it's still quiet as it's new. Tried to get that place noticed so it can be busier and I can ask for shifts there, lol.
Plus the girl Ivy there is quite good: good massage.
