This is my first time I go to 14 Burwood Road, Burwood after I heard from bro AHLUNGOR that Yoyo is worth to try and since I usually are not free till late and lucky she is roster on Sunday which is good so I make a booking through SMS yesterday (Saturday evening) to book Yoyo for a hour at 8pm today (Sunday) and got reply and confirmed the booking. Can't wait to see Yoyo after at the shop and greet by the lady and ask me whether I have a booking and I said yes at 8pm and hand in the cash to her then she went to the room and call out a girl call Monica. At this point I ask the lady I have a booking with Yoyo not Monica and she reply Yoyo already leave for today but I told her I made the booking yesterday. Unfortunately the boss just write down there is a booking at 8 without put down yoyo's name. I was so piss off because I am not live in this area and I have to travel almost 35 mins to get there then I told the lady I want my money back then I leave the shop. So I would like to let the boss know whenever a customer make a booking with specific girl you should write down her name as well not just put down the time.
What a waste of my time on Sunday 😤😤😤

I am not demand any discount but just want to let the boss know how she take the booking properly in the future

This mixup or mis-mngt is a trait of punting. In some time you would be over all this.
