Been going to 533 for many many years, amongst others....

Last 3 visits to 533..

1.Went to 533 and Angie tried switched girls on me , when questioned on this, she said "she is only one available"??
Tried to explain I had booked and was on time and just got a blank stare....left thinking its a one off...STRIKE ONE

2.Returned a month later and was told "lady selected not available today as she hasn't come in!"..mmm so i leave BUT ring Angie 30 mins later , changing my name and BOOK the same lady who supposedly wasn't there..hahhah...so honest that Angie...STRIKE TWO

3.Made a booking via Angie,for Karen, last Saturday, arrived on time and Angie wasn't there (Chinese New Year?) but neither was my booking made the previous night. "Karen not here" Woman standing in for Angie , said "thats done all the time, I don't know why they do that?"..STRIKE THREE

So fellow punters enough is enough , with so many places to choose from, I will be driving past this one in future.......

Ahlungor...I agree that 533 is super busy and a goldmine for the owners and guess it's true that customer service is not a main concern of managers throughout the industry.
In fact I quite like Angie , she's a character, but I drive a long way to get there and these 3 times aren't all of the times I have had issues , just the last 3... in the past I have returned and had a clear run for a few months so all was forgiven but after 3 in a row, I m no longer going to drive all that way for nothing...
My plan is to see a few others like 5 Star , Ginza etc and see if they are doing things better!
I am aware my comments won't make any difference , that's not my concern I am not trying to influence any other punters, just venting here because it's a forum...

Lol I'm a regular, have been known to drop some serious scratch in one day, and I still get stitched up. The entire set up is run like an auction house. Want to see a girl but she's not free for another hour because she has a booking? Easy. Pay for 2 hours and Angie will tell the other punter that the girl is sick/not in/got extended. Vice versa, make a booking for 3 hours? Another punter might offer to come in a bit earlier, nab your booking, and you'll cop the old bait and switch. Happens to me, happens to other bros, I stitch them up, they stitch me up, just how it is. I've vowed not to return. But then I've vowed in the past not to return and I did. As long as Angie has dumb cunts like me, she'll continue to take the piss. Water is wet, the sky is blue, 533 will take the piss.
