If you do end up trying to join tables whilst everyone mostly everyone at these restaurants are from korea, a lot of them are like ABKs where the hunting/joining table culture isn't as huge like in the motherland korea.

OPM - This place will have mostly the korean ML from like mastige8, midas, juliets etc in or close to the city. They are usually there with a crew of guys who be popping dom perignons on their table but I mean they are single so you can try.
Masif - This place will have literally all the viets and koreans who are quite young. Most of them are going to be all people who are quite new to Sydney (Fobs, I don't like using that term but its easy for everyone to understand)
The viets will always be there in large groups especially the ones at the back. The koreans are usually all the new ones who live in strathfield.. if you want to kick on go to daydreams after (dont know if still open)

Random Korean Club Events - This is where all your karaoke girls will be going. Its like those events they do at like venues next to LV, GUCCI etc where its hosted by korean party planners and shit. They will always be going in groups but most of them are taken.
You can try your luck with them but, theres always someone watching so keep that in mind.

Most WLs I know who are korean just prefer to do house parties and live quite quietly. If they were to go out usually most koreans in general is drinks and karaoke end.
