There are quite a few businesses in this forum who is taking customers in the one of the normal flats in CBD apartment. I’m just wondering if it’s a legal form of business in NSW?
If not, they are probably not managing STD tests for their WLs not only business itself is illegal.
I’m a regular customer of one of those shops but just worried about it the other day.
Any thoughts?

The exchange of money for sex is not illegal in NSW but if they are operating a brothel out of a residential apartment then they probably don’t have permission from the body corporate or local council to do that. Just like you normally can’t operate a restaurant out of an apartment you also can’t operate a brothel. Nothing illegal about restaurants or eating at a restaurant just they need to be where the authorities have given them permission to operate.
