I saw that too. But I am surprised to see that a shop like that can just come and go in 6 months ?

The Burwood 8 - shop owner registered in 01/2019, so assuming that’s when they took over and changed the venue from RnT to FS. And they have now stopped trading , what about the lease ?

Ps. Just thought of something, probably the lease is expiring around this time anyway and B8 made a deal with the previous operator Scent of a Woman to take over the last six months - like a sub rental or something and see how business goes, if good, sign a new lease with the landlord, not good enough, move on ?

I liked Burwood 8. Nice clean and tidy rooms as well as good receptionist's.

I don't think this is anything more than a commercial decision. Sometime in the future all that section of Railway pde will be high rise. Whoever owns the building is on a goldmine. Burwood 8 was a good shop and hopefully the staff and girls find a new home in Burwood 🤞

As usual seem to have got this wrong. Re-opened yesterday. States new management but they always do. Girls are not listed as regulars I know and website has changed. Will be interesting to see how it goes🤨

was never very busy, but i think many rooms building with high lease costs

8burwood.com has come (back) online. it might be the guys before burwood8 are back in control. i recall others were saying the shop used to not be an asian shop?

I think the shop is back and reopened again. Their QR code is not working on wechat. Lots more western girls but have not had a visit yet.

I did. Horrible experience. Never again. Fake photos on website, they lie about WL age.. no cleanliness in room...

A girl (lazy one) told me she roaster there now. I went to check out the price and was shocked. How can you charge $190/hr standard services.

Some of you may think they have some stars there for this price? Think again, my girl told me it unusual bad talent there...thats why she likes to roaster there.

14 Burwood Rd Concord just up the road and 227 Concord Road not that far away ! Then there is Juliet’s, 57 George (FS), 203? Parramatta Rd (FS). Plenty of choices! But for me if I’m out that way, it’s Monday / Wednesday Cherry 🍒 At 227 and good old Mimi any other day, it’s that simple !
