Prostate massage

Honest question.
How does one prepare for a prostate massage up the bum? I'm curious to try but haunted by the thought of the ML finding a smelly surprise down there. Any tips on how to prepare? Enema? Shave bum hair?

Anyone know of MLs who offer such service? Preferably HAB who knows what they're doing.

Fasting for at least 24 hours.
3 l of GoLytely until the stuff comes out clear the evening before.
After that there won't be any embarrassing surprises and as an added bonus you could schedule a colonoscopy the same day before or after...

I might be a grub but I usually just make sure I’ve done a number 2 beforehand.

Tried it once. Nice for the first minute. After half an hour not so nice. Very sore the next day. Anyway, I used a plastic squeeze bottle with a short tube silasticed on. Flush a few times. Worked ok.

Aim is to evacuate bowel of all poo?
