Why do so few report BBFS here

I'm not going to do the academic legwork for others as you can do it yourself, but to clear up some of the common misunderstandings, and to state the obvious for people who need it, the following statements are all supported by the current research:

1. Condoms are very effective at reducing risk of infection for many STIs when used correctly.
2. People who have multiple sexual partners are at higher risk of STI infection.
3. Sex workers in Australia have comparable rates of incidence of STI infection to those who are not sex workers.
4. Condom use in Australia (particularly for people under 30) is decreasing and rates of gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis are increasing.

All true and not the topic of this thread, which is why don’t Au99 members share the many bb punts that are had each year.

On the topic of STI facts - it’s equally true that you can pick up syphilis, herpes, genital warts, gonorrhea, chlamydia even if you use a condom.

Yes, Kamagraoioioi will supply Doxycycline 100mg when asked, tho I've not seen it as an advertised product on the website.

Thanks. How do you use it? Assume you don't take all 30 tablets after an episode? Is there a recommended method of use? Usually antibiotics have a course that you have to stick to.

It is not an argument in good faith to say that it is "equally true." The risk of contracting each of the infections you listed is significantly less when using a condom correctly. It is clear that you're just being contradictory for attention at this point.

Using semantics to deliberately deceive people about matters of disease is not only a dickhead thing to do, but it is also against the interests of every member of this forum and the wider community.

My usual routine is to take it straight after the session.
If I'm overseas and planning a lot of possible BBFS sessions, then I take one 2 tablet dose just before I arrive, and then top up every 3 days with 2 tablets.

I merely asked AI and then quoted it as it gave quite a concise wording for the person that asked.
I had preceding the AI prose, added my own followed approach based on available data, studies, and years of successful practice.

Basically, I asked AI to provide me some details which it did.
Then I asked it to provide a simple dumbed downed answer that any punter could understand, which it did.
Providing what I considered was quite a balanced, yet conservative and "legal" view of the approach.

Funny you should ask, and it's not the answer I would have expected to see.

The answer is yes, Doxycycline is an MSHC (Melbourne Sexual Health Centre) recommended treatment for MGen...
It's quoted as appropriate for Asymptomatic MGen, and also for bacterial resistant Mgen (both in combination with other drugs).

For asymptomatic
For MG known or suspected to be macrolide-susceptible:
Doxycycline 100mg PO, twice daily for 7 days,followed immediately by Azithromycin 1g PO, stat, then 500mg daily for another 3 days (2.5g total)
OR
For MG known or suspected to be macrolide resistant:
Doxycycline 100mg PO, twice daily for 7 days, followed immediately by Moxifloxacin 400mg PO daily for 7 days

For resistant it's suggested in combination with other drugs
1) Minocycline 100 mg PO twice daily for 14 days

2) Pristinamycin 1g PO, 3 times a day for 10 days combined with
