I'm not going to do the academic legwork for others as you can do it yourself, but to clear up some of the common misunderstandings, and to state the obvious for people who need it, the following statements are all supported by the current research:

    1. Condoms are very effective at reducing risk of infection for many STIs when used correctly.
    2. People who have multiple sexual partners are at higher risk of STI infection.
    3. Sex workers in Australia have comparable rates of incidence of STI infection to those who are not sex workers.
    4. Condom use in Australia (particularly for people under 30) is decreasing and rates of gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis are increasing.

Why don't you post your favourite WL mate? Then we can all share her hole together.

I have already. Go for your life. I won’t expect you to share back though. I can see it’s not your thing 😂

All true and not the topic of this thread, which is why don’t Au99 members share the many bb punts that are had each year.

On the topic of STI facts - it’s equally true that you can pick up syphilis, herpes, genital warts, gonorrhea, chlamydia even if you use a condom.

How many times have you punted bareback?

Yes, Kamagraoioioi will supply Doxycycline 100mg when asked, tho I've not seen it as an advertised product on the website.
The cost was $30 for 30 tablets (minimum order was 3 x 10 tablet strip), plus shipping (at $25).

Thanks. How do you use it? Assume you don't take all 30 tablets after an episode? Is there a recommended method of use? Usually antibiotics have a course that you have to stick to.

It is not an argument in good faith to say that it is "equally true." The risk of contracting each of the infections you listed is significantly less when using a condom correctly. It is clear that you're just being contradictory for attention at this point.

Using semantics to deliberately deceive people about matters of disease is not only a dickhead thing to do, but it is also against the interests of every member of this forum and the wider community.

Once you put that information here, her customers would change to those who seek BB only. Those who avoid BB will likely to stay away from the girl.

More exposure to BB will increase the risk, as simple as that.

The risk is decreased if everyone who barebacks regularly tests regularly

At the moment many members on here will be punting with girls who bareback and not know it. They will be going down her and risking oral infection, for example. Wouldn’t it be better if they know and can make better informed decisions?

I take as they recommend, 2 x 100mg tablets within 72 hours of a BBFS session.
My usual routine is to take it straight after the session.
If I'm overseas and planning a lot of possible BBFS sessions, then I take one 2 tablet dose just before I arrive, and then top up every 3 days with 2 tablets.

This is what Google AI says...

    AI Overview
The doxy-PEP approach involves taking an oral dose of the antibiotic doxycycline (200mg) within 72 hours (three days) after condomless sex to prevent bacterial sexually transmitted infections (STIs), specifically syphilis, chlamydia, and to a lesser extent, gonorrhea. It is taken with food and water, and is most effective when taken as soon as possible after exposure. Doxy-PEP is not a replacement for conventional STI prevention and is generally recommended for people at high risk for STIs, such as gay and bisexual men and transgender women.
    How it works:
Timing: Take the 200mg dose within 72 hours of sexual contact.
Administration: Take the tablets with food and a full glass of water.
Dosage: A single dose is sufficient.
    Who it's for:
Doxy-PEP is a prevention tool, not a cure, and does not protect against viral infections like HIV or herpes.
It is primarily recommended for individuals at higher risk for bacterial STIs, such as gay and bisexual men, and transgender women.
The decision to use doxy-PEP should be made in consultation with a healthcare provider through a process of shared decision-making.
    Benefits:
Reduces risk: Studies show doxy-PEP can significantly reduce the incidence of syphilis and chlamydia, and to a lesser degree, gonorrhea.
Empowerment: It provides individuals with a sense of control over their sexual health.
    Risks and Considerations:
Antimicrobial Resistance: A major concern is the potential for increased antimicrobial resistance, where bacteria become resistant to antibiotics, making infections harder to treat.
Microbiome Disruption: Doxycycline can affect beneficial bacteria in the body.
Not for All STIs: Doxy-PEP is ineffective against viral infections like HIV.
Side Effects: Some people may experience mild side effects, such as gastrointestinal upset or increased sensitivity to the sun.
Need for Monitoring: Regular screening for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis is crucial for individuals using doxy-PEP.

Ok thanks that’s helpful. So it’s not PeP - the kind you might use for HIV risk?

Quoting AI is actually not that useful. You still have to check whether it's accurate or not.

    Thanks HiredGoo...
And if you had read and understood my posts you'd have noted that I had done my own research, initially back a decade or so ago, and even more recently given the newer clinical studies that now exist and have been published based on the last 5 years or so.

As to my somewhat lazy approach of quoting AI, as you infer to be...
I merely asked AI and then quoted it as it gave quite a concise wording for the person that asked.
I had preceding the AI prose, added my own followed approach based on available data, studies, and years of successful practice.

Basically, I asked AI to provide me some details which it did.
Then I asked it to provide a simple dumbed downed answer that any punter could understand, which it did.
Providing what I considered was quite a balanced, yet conservative and "legal" view of the approach.

Good to know you’re “doing your own research”. Makes me feel better.

    What about Mgen?

Does it get rid of that?

Funny you should ask, and it's not the answer I would have expected to see.
The very first google hit was from a health centre down south of the border, so I stopped looking.
No doubt we can't trust the Mexicans on this tho so I suggest you look it up yourself!

The answer is yes, Doxycycline is an MSHC (Melbourne Sexual Health Centre) recommended treatment for MGen...
It's quoted as appropriate for Asymptomatic MGen, and also for bacterial resistant Mgen (both in combination with other drugs).

    For asymptomatic
For MG known or suspected to be macrolide-susceptible:
Doxycycline 100mg PO, twice daily for 7 days, followed immediately by Azithromycin 1g PO, stat, then 500mg daily for another 3 days (2.5g total)
    OR
For MG known or suspected to be macrolide resistant:
Doxycycline 100mg PO, twice daily for 7 days, followed immediately by Moxifloxacin 400mg PO daily for 7 days

For resistant it's suggested in combination with other drugs
    1) Minocycline 100 mg PO twice daily for 14 days

    OR if available
    2) Pristinamycin 1g PO, 3 times a day for 10 days combined with
Doxycycline 100 mg PO, twice daily for 10 days

    OR if available
    3) Sitafloxacin 100 mg PO, twice daily for 7 days combined with
Doxycycline 100 mg PO, twice daily for 7 days

I honestly didn’t know it was that available, maybe I don’t look like the type that wants BBFS?
