They were in decline all year and finally closed down a few months ago. Ownership changed only a couple of months before they shutdown.
Not entirely sure what caused their downfall but I imagine it's probably related to cashflow problems. The place started to come undone around early 2024 with very erratic "management". Weird pricing changes flip flopping around, girls leaving, restricted services, etc.

Not long ago I saw a sign on the 360 door saying locked out because of failing to pay rent. But yeah, all the sort of things goldfish man is talking about. Neither customers nor the girls treated with respect. Failing marketing 1.01. Just to be clear though it was management not reception.

yea i've tried karen. she was ok. mid 20s average face good body. wouldn't pay what this place is charging for that service and face tho. you can get better and younger for cheaper at ginza or n5m. place was a ghost town too. probably won't last much longer as a business. all this jk80 place has going is flying on the coat tails of the year-old reputation of what it used to be.

i hate to say it since it's someone's livelihood and investment in running that business, but it needs to end. it's pathetic at this point. average service and girls for almost the same cost as private escorts. literal craziness whoever is running it. someone googling how to run a business will probably have a better business model.
