Not long ago I saw a sign on the 360 door saying locked out because of failing to pay rent. But yeah, all the sort of things goldfish man is talking about. Neither customers nor the girls treated with respect. Failing marketing 1.01. Just to be clear though it was management not reception.

yea i've tried karen. she was ok. mid 20s average face good body. wouldn't pay what this place is charging for that service and face tho. you can get better and younger for cheaper at ginza or n5m. place was a ghost town too. probably won't last much longer as a business. all this jk80 place has going is flying on the coat tails of the year-old reputation of what it used to be.
i hate to say it since it's someone's livelihood and investment in running that business, but it needs to end. it's pathetic at this point. average service and girls for almost the same cost as private escorts. literal craziness whoever is running it. someone googling how to run a business will probably have a better business model.

To avoid confusion - there are 2 Karen’s that works/worked here: one is full Japanese and quit last month, and the current rostered one is mixed Japanese. I found the mixed one to be S Tier, her face is Eurasian so if you are looking for typical Asian face then shes not the one for you. Yeah this place is not far from a collapse [especially at the existing shop - JK 80]. The mgmt and reception on there don't appear to have an interest on running a successful shop, it also appears Hitomi has gone back to Japan and isn't likely to come back. Perhaps give it another 6 months before this also goes under.
So they don’t even have hiring training the new girls anymore either I guess?
