That’s ridiculous. I’d understand if busy shops like Ginza implement this but most of the girls at CBD sit in the waiting room the entire day maybe only getting one customer for their entire shift. This fine only gives the customer a worse experience especially with the girls having to watch the clock very closely throughout the entire session. Its a different girl doing part 1, and that girl does not provide sexual services, she only does legit massage. The swap is for the girl who then does provide the sexual services. For example, those of you that know Lucy she will do the massage but there is no take off or anything else, you then go with the rostered girls for FS and the normal services being offered.
