Hey Hardcore, so Lisa that just started at CBD 2 days ago is from Ginza and in my quick session with her she mentioned there's a few girls from CBD that have moved over to Ginza [thus how she was introduced to CBD style]. I didn't get exact names of the other girls that moved from CBD to Ginza, but there's an uptick.
What's weird though Lisa told me Ginza is more strict than CBD but haven't visited Ginza myself to confirm what she meant, and she's only been at CBD for like two days.
Separately from Lisa girls either have to be at 10am or finish at 12am and Hitomi is the 'boss' of Japanese girls whilst Linda takes care of Korean girls.
Ginza owner is very strict and if girls get a complaint, even if not exactly their doing, their whole day of pay will be taken away. Absolutely no employee protection but I guess with cash business the boss can do whatever, and these Japanese girls know no better about their rights. Many girls have told me the same at Ginza.
CBD are fining the girls for going over the time of booking. This is an old rule, but now its rigidly applied. So if they are 1 min over they can be find and 5 mins over is a $50 fine to the girl.

You can book a girl for 30 mins or 45 mins maximum, they need to shower in that time twice and the rest of the time is what it used to be. Then they have other massage services that resemble legit massage places. There is also a combo massage offering which is basically 50% of the time with the legit massage and 50% of the time with the girl of your choice doing what they were famous for.
No matter how you slice it and dice it, this is a pretty expensive exercise.
That’s ridiculous. I’d understand if busy shops like Ginza implement this but most of the girls at CBD sit in the waiting room the entire day maybe only getting one customer for their entire shift. It’s not like they’re eating into another customer’s booking. This fine only gives the customer a worse experience especially with the girls having to watch the clock very closely throughout the entire session. I wonder what happened to this shop they used to be run very well

So no more 60 minute bookings…..I wonder why?
And if it’s mandated they shower at the end, why is it necessary to shower again when they see their next customer….
