I never had an issue there but I noticed they added a lot of new staff when I've gone back so the transition might always have some friction. I actually had more booking & delay issues when I started going to Ginza, some girls cancelled, one time I had to wait 40min, etc, probably my luck at the beginning . But it's Much better now

Agreed, I only got cancelled once as they told me the girl's pussy was hurt and had to go home - they messaged me 2 hours before the booking which was enough. A while ago I saw the same girl in Ginza and after she moved to n5m, but I had to wait 30 min in Ginza (past booking time) whereas I didn't in n5m. I think both shops are just as good and easy to make bookings/communicate in my experience.Quote:

The new receptions does seem in a bit of rush at times when it gets really busy there (sometimes all rooms are full and have to wait a bit) but they're quite accomodating, especially the young Japanese lady.

As an Australian, assuming No5 is a legitimate Australian Business operating in our country, one would expect them to operate with the level of Ethical Business Practice & Code of Conduct expected by Australians.
So if there is a screw up or a mistake with the bookings, I was expecting some transparency and an honest explanation. I do not want compensation (this is not about money, its about time. And its about wasting customer's time).
As alot of customers/punters may have planned around their bookings. Planned around their work schedule. Then to suddenly cancel bookings. Sometimes they cancel within the hour of your booking. Just because a girl changes her mind or doesn't want to see customers.
Instead you just get a "Sorry, she cancelled" text.
Whether she did cancel her shift or doesn't want to see customers, at least should explain that. And the reason. At least can try to resolve the issue or just book another girl.

One thing is n5m should take feedbacks like Ginza does, usually they just ask you "everything okay?" at the end instead of a detailed feedback (they do listen if you have a complaint though) like Ginza does - I even found out about this forum recently from Ginza receptions. As I would usually just say "yeah good" before heading out even if it was a mediocre session.
But I agree that this is about time, not money, and it made you feel disrespected. At least on the bright side the girl prevented you from having a dud punt by cancelling instead of forcing the session lol.
Its not personal. For the other 50% bookings that do go through, its otherwise a good experience
I don't know exactly what happens why some bookings are messed up or cancelled. I can just speak from what I saw. Maybe sometimes the girl is genuinely not there or sometimes she just does not want to see a customer
I have drawn a conclusion that No5 Marrickville seems to have lost control. Its the girls that are running the show there. And alot of girls seems to pick & choose. And refuse to see customers...
I respect that a girl has a right to choose who she wants to see. Lets get that out of the way...
But what is the point of a girl working there if she refuses to see customers. She is just wasting her time, the shops time and wasting space there... and bad for the shops image and reputation too
Girls at No5 seem to have developed a "Princess Syndrome" there. Where they pick and choose who to give good service to, and who they want to see...
All my bookings with Ginza have been 100%.
Ginza would not tolerate this bullshit bad behaviour from girls. They would re-train & improve their girls. And Ginza would fire girls who constantly behave badly, get complaints from customers and refuses to see their customers for no good reason. As its bad for their name, image and reputation. This is why Ginza will & always will be better than No5/42.
No5 doesn't seem to be addressing any feedback or complaints from their customers. And if you complain, they never actually look into it or get back to you. Ginza on the other hand prioritises and puts their customers first.
I'm not the only one it has happened to. If you read previous threads, happens to alot of other brothers & customers too. Girls at No5 refusing to see customers for no good reason

I've seen others punters on this forum receive a discount for bad service from N5M when they complained and myself got discount once because there was some issue some time ago.
Maybe some girls banned OP as it seems like other punters didn't face as much issue as the OP. You said no good reason, but we will never know unless we hear from the girl directly.
That thread is literally from 2016 and N5M is still in business... (I had to wait sometimes as all rooms were full) I guess good for them if they do what they want and it still works. If you don't like the way they run, I guess it's best to stop wasting your precious time and money on N5M and go elsewhere.
You can read multiple complaints for all the popular shops on here. It's not just N5M. I encountered same, if not more, issues in other popular big shops as well. Translate Catchgod posts and there are many info out there..
Not trying to defend N5M and I agree Ginza does a better job when it comes to accomodating customers, but honestly any shops I have been to had "unethical" issues like you say. IMHO just move on and let N5M lose your valuable money and time.

My GUESS is a shop makes a calculation as to her earning's contribution in total, not for each customer (as in can alienate come customers while landing others). I agree that Ginza is just far superior to every other shop at the moment and it is for this reason i pretty much only go to Ginza nowadays. I would say my ratio of Ginza:Non-Ginza is something like 20:1.
However it is not because of the reception/Non-WL staff. I think it's because of the girl quality and service levels is just much better.
In fact my top 3 worst booking mishaps have all been at Ginza (i guess the more shots you take, the more likely a miss will happen). I once had to wait 45-50mins inside the room for my girl to come in GE, i even got a parking ticket because of it (The one and only time i have ever gotten a parking ticket while at Ginza).
I guess the establishment itself has a lot to do with it, Ginza is a lot more focused on quality control and as a consequence, will be a lot 'stricter' on the girls. Stricter boss = more well behaved girls right, which i guess ties into what you were saying.

You were more offended because you think you caught them out on a lie. I think this was a harmless white lie, think about it, you weren't going to see that girl that day because of [real reason] anyway. Let's say the reception told you the real reason for the cancellation, what difference would it have made? You still wouldn't have been able to see the girl anyway. So the reception told you what they thought would offend you the least, which ultimately backfired as you ended up going to the shop anyway. (Of course the real reason probably would have stung less, but the result is the same).
I see no 'unethical' behaviour here, the reception didn't try to deceive you out of malice. Remember they are a business, what they did i would argue means a money loss for them as they cancelled your booking with no replacement and didn't try to 'cheat' your money in some unethical way.
Real unethical behaviour would have been the reception didn't even bother to message you about the cancellation, when you arrive at the shop they take your money, send you to a room and send a different girl instead.
Also, i believe every reputable shop would do the same thing, even Ginza does this for example.
I had a booking with a girl at 5pm, at 4:56pm they messaged me this exact message when i was already outside the shop.

Of course seeing a message like that, i'm a bit concerned, so i message the girl directly (privately) if she's okay. She was confused, because she was in the shop working at the time and did not go home.
Turns out, the shop accidentally double booked, and i lost the coin toss and wasn't able to see her. The girl had no idea the whole time and was just going through her bookings as normal, she would have never known had i not told her.
So in the end, i think every shop does this even the best. However, i was never offended or anything, mistakes happen. Of course i was a bit annoyed at the time as i had travelled all the way over to the shop already, but shit happens man.
First of all, when did I say this is about money? I was only saying it's easy to see other punters received discount from complaining as you said N5M NEVER listens to complaints and NEVER does anything about it.
Also the guy above has said already but 1. she may have banned you and she asked reception not to let you know for privacy/safety 2. she said she wants a break within her shift for food etc there could be many reasons. Whatever reason it is, I think it is more "ethical" and more "western country/Australian like" that they listen to the girls and not force them to work?
If it already happened to you few times& more than 50% times your booking gets messed (which didn't happen to others in this thread) maybe you have a larger size (I guess Mexicans would be larger than Asians) and some girls banned you. After all, we only know one side of the story, not N5m/Girls side that cancelled on you.
If some girls say they don't want bigger guys, the shops sometimes don't let you book the girl (even if you haven't seen her before) as they know both sides won't be happy with the session. I feel like this is the case as you said you are very respectful in the room.
When I was seeing this girl for a number of times in Ginza, I was told that she cancelled like an hour before the booking which I was fine with (this was few months back though). I asked her why she cancelled out of curiosity during the next session and she said she never cancelled and kept asking me if I am not confusing with some other girl (I'm not) lol. But I don't take it personally as receptions/Ginza are humans as well. She was a bit harder to book girl and didn't work long hours, so IDK what happened but maybe they just messed the bookings.
Honestly I think you already have your conclusions drawn (and I get it that it would be quite annoying/offensive when you see the girl at shop and feel deceived - but think of the other side, they're doing their best to protect the girls which is the most important part). I understand but the more you think about it the more stress you will get as you can never know what really happened... best to move on for your own good. I'm just trying to share my view/experiences to help!
Also even if they do read this, I don't think it is very likely they will change drastically if they have been operating the same way since the 2016 thread and still surviving. IDEK if they even want to grow more as they already run out of rooms frequently whenever I visit... probably just their way of doing things as they are a bit smaller shop compared to Ginza with like 27 rooms and multiple buildings. Best to either move on and never return or just understand them (and they honestly would have no harm against you - they're literally talking/texting to probably hundreds of people daily while managing girls at same time, they probably wouldn't even remember I was there by the end of the day LOL) I guess.
Also think in N5m (or any other shops) shoes, of course they would want the girl to serve you and make you happy and make another loyal customer, but they can't force unwilling girls unfortunately (which is totally ethical).
