Ive waited over 15minutes plenty of times at ginza. Usually its not their fault, the previous customer could've came 15 minutes later which pushes everyone's booking back another 15minutes. Could be any number of reasons and I dont feel that being 15 minutes late is worth a complaint.
Everyone has different tastes and standards and the girls might have an off day too. Im known to be a bit picky as well so i respect the 5/10 rating.
