She came in 15 minutes late. thats how she was late.
I was allowed in the room early, and from the designated time, she was 15 minutes late, whilst i was in the room already

Ginza in my other experiences have all been over 5/10.
if 5/10 is your average, then either i have high standards, or you have low standards. I think Ginza is normally quite good - usually different levels of good. As mentioned, she wasnt terrible, but worst ginza experience.
