It’s simple, to do that is to avoid the frustration of feeling ripped off ! Of course you have the right to feel ripped off, and continue to feel ripped off for many times to come. For me, I go punting for enjoyment, it’s the end of a session, I’d rather leave happily than feeling upset.

Or ginza could update her profile page to remove "cim included" and not engage in false advertising. To prevent any future punters having a similar experience. Its not the fault of the punter to assume services listed will be received.

Whether Ginza would remove that service on the website or not is not my problem. As I said, if you want to get upset because of that, you have every right to continue getting upset for many times to come in punting, it happens everywhere.

Just some simple questions: did you tell receptionist about she refuse cim? did receptionist ask you feedback when you finish?
I spoke to Sunny this morning about cim and she insisted she never refused to do cim to customers.
And I double checked all feedbacks from yesterday all shows She offered cim and never refused cim to any other customers. Our receptionist try to ask every single customers feedback especially booking customers .

It’s her first day I can feel she is nervous maybe she not that good yet like other girls in ginza but first day give her a bit time manager will teach her more she said she will doing her best to make all customers happy in future . Maybe she is not too familiar about all service but She never refuse do cim. she is learning to do her best

I felt ripped off when I bought a bottle of milk last week, the expiry date was 23rd but the milk was already off by 21st. I wrote to the ACCC consumer affairs. They didn't bother to reply but Ginza is doing it better than a government agency :)
