Ive worked on this. First go with V i got a mega rad face and a cock you could break bricks on. Mild headache later on, Panadol did the trick. With each go symptoms are less. Its the 4hr window that needed timing. Then I got onto cialis as it lasts 12 hrs. I just take one at bedtime the night before punt and sleep through any side effects the next day I feel totally normal. Then I hit the shops for 2 shots.

last prescription I got 4 different 3 available brands from my chemist. thou they all supposed to be the same i would question that.

I also don't throw away left over halfs but seal them in a special container i got once, which is like gel inside and holds the tabs well so they dont bounce around and air/moisture seals as well.
each brand has slightly different side effects in strength (of the side effects) depending upon dosage.

If I only intend one shot and want to last longer I used pfizer.
if I want a quick hard shot I don't need at all.
but for a second shot, i might us a sandoz.
I cant remember the 3rd brand, but it has no side effects at all for me, and if I am lucky for a third shot (well at least try) I find thats the best for overall hardness and feel.
