Delete thread? That has to be the worst comment I've seen of late AL. Ignorance isn't always bliss and that's the worst thing they could do. If that occurs admin, make sure you delete my account and all other posts/ARs while you're there.
My post is for the benefit of punters and shops if they choose. Right of reply is there but Vixens chose to use it they way they did, in my view, to the detriment of their business.

People make mistakes, both management and customers.

You had a bad experience and you shared it here - all good. WL is only human, they made mistakes too, again, not taking sides here as I don't know the true story. Unfortunately, Vixens didn't take the early opportunity to apologise and perhaps offer you some sort of gestures to resolve the matter quickly and amicably.
Once so many other parties got involved and Vixens stood their ground, this is a no win situation. But it's their business and they run it the way they like.
At the end of the day, may I ask you this simple question brother Lamb, as a customer, you have your right never to return to Vixens, but do you want to drag them through the mud and have their shop's reputation seriously damaged ?? is that your intention, are you really that angry ?? Of course, the way they have responded and presented themselves here didn't really help their own course. But if they believe they were not in the wrong and therefore shouldn't have to apologise, that's their right too.
So my suggestion of deleting this thread may not be a popular outcome, but it is nevertheless an option, and it has been done many times before when battle of words starting to get out of hand.
Again, this is only my humble opinion, with all due respects to all parties concerned.

I'm not dragging them through the mud, I've posted my experience to help the community, that is all. I have no intention to, nor am I angry, you seem to imply a lot in your questions. They've done all the harm to themselves through their replies.
The time to rectify the problem came and went in that session. They didn't choose to rectify it amicably, to the contrary they added insult to injury. I'm doing my bit by never returning, that is all.
Sure deleting is an option, as is fixing the boat issue by not telling the press.
Definetely agree on that, deleting this thread would be a mistake. Why should another punter have to go through the same miserability that Lamb has gone through. This place is around the corner from me and by reading these comments I have been informed to stay away from them.

this is the positive attitude all people would appreciate. It's the right thing to say sorry and apologise for the unfortunate situation that a customer had experienced and then the shop should do something about it.
Now it's up to brother Lamb if he won't accept your apology and give you another chance.
Good to see some customer services came out of this eventually.

Ahlungor, this occurred on Monday and has now only had a half arsed apology, of which I don't want. Don't go excepting that on my behalf. Go read the poor excuse of replies beforehand.

While I've always disagreed with your approach I pretty much leave it be. 20cm might be trolling you but you know what, he's right in some respects. You've never been there and seem to only want to play devils advocate. I've been here MANY times successfully and this ridiculous treatment has turned me right off.

I respect your position as a foundation member to this forum. And your experiences as a paying customer of this shop, you know better.
It's really none of my business but I was just amazed with the way the shop has handled this whole situation.
This was quite clear in the early days that they probably can't win the argument, by trying to find excuses or trying to justify the situation will only make things worse.
There are situations where the punter was rude, dirty, rough to the girl, bad manner, poor hygiene, on drugs or intoxicated where the girl or the shop are well within their right to refuse services or even evict the punter but that was clearly not your case here.
That's why I said, the best way to handle this is not to let the matter drag on. Apologise first and then try to resolve the matter with you privately . No one need to know if they would give you a refund, offer you a free punt on your next visit or 50% off or something .
My philosophy is, if I can't win the battle, I will win back the guy making the complaint as a customer, I may offer him a freebie so he will come back, then come back again and pay, and keep coming back because I look after him so well, only when he keeps coming back as a paying customers will I eventually win as a business, who cares if he win the battle and the argument ! I only want his business and his money!
That's how I would do it, and that's how I train my staff to do it, it sounds easy but it actually takes a lot of commitment - as you have to put away your ego, swallow your pride to do the right thing for the business. But it's just business, nothing personal............haha
So brother Lamb, if you are my customer, this is what I will say to you:

We are really sorry about what happened !! will you come back and give us another try, let me take care that for you, who is your favourite in our shop ??
I read this LONG thread and decided I won't go to Vixens again... I don't think it has been the same for years, pity as I leave at Dulwich hill.
Shops need to understand that punting is a treat for the punter, mess it up and an an angel loses it's wings.
Also I have a theory:
If a shop has a presence on Syd99 and there is no posts, no AR's, no roster updates then it must be crap.

Lol I've thought about visiting vixens as it's not too far from me locally but I guess not. There's nothing worse than going to a shop and being dicked by the girl AND reception. The way they handled this from the get go was just astounding to me and the fact the shop said if 'he doesn't want to come back what can we say' made me laugh like a madman.
Personally AL I find your posts unnecessarily long winded and annoying so I usually skip over them instead of reading them and complaining but the fact you offered advice such as having the thread deleted was fucking despicable. An AR like this is one of the most useful at time when not wanting to waste your hard earned cash on dud punts. You simply wanted to let them wipe the slate clean and continue letting them trap punters in these situations disgusts me.
