this is the positive attitude all people would appreciate. It's the right thing to say sorry and apologise for the unfortunate situation that a customer had experienced and then the shop should do something about it.
Now it's up to brother Lamb if he won't accept your apology and give you another chance.
Good to see some customer services came out of this eventually.

Ahlungor, this occurred on Monday and has now only had a half arsed apology, of which I don't want. Don't go excepting that on my behalf. Go read the poor excuse of replies beforehand.

While I've always disagreed with your approach I pretty much leave it be. 20cm might be trolling you but you know what, he's right in some respects. You've never been there and seem to only want to play devils advocate. I've been here MANY times successfully and this ridiculous treatment has turned me right off.
Please keep your humble opinion coming though, I'm happy to continue the debate.

I respect your position as a foundation member to this forum. And your experiences as a paying customer of this shop, you know better.
It's really none of my business but I was just amazed with the way the shop has handled this whole situation.
This was quite clear in the early days that they probably can't win the argument, by trying to find excuses or trying to justify the situation will only make things worse.
There are situations where the punter was rude, dirty, rough to the girl, bad manner, poor hygiene, on drugs or intoxicated where the girl or the shop are well within their right to refuse services or even evict the punter but that was clearly not your case here.
That's why I said, the best way to handle this is not to let the matter drag on. Apologise first and then try to resolve the matter with you privately . No one need to know if they would give you a refund, offer you a free punt on your next visit or 50% off or something .
My philosophy is, if I can't win the battle, I will win back the guy making the complaint as a customer, I may offer him a freebie so he will come back, then come back again and pay, and keep coming back because I look after him so well, only when he keeps coming back as a paying customers will I eventually win as a business, who cares if he win the battle and the argument ! I only want his business and his money!
That's how I would do it, and that's how I train my staff to do it, it sounds easy but it actually takes a lot of commitment - as you have to put away your ego, swallow your pride to do the right thing for the business. But it's just business, nothing personal............haha
So brother Lamb, if you are my customer, this is what I will say to you:
Dear Mr Lamb,
We are really sorry about what happened !! will you come back and give us another try, let me take care that for you, who is your favourite in our shop ??
I read this LONG thread and decided I won't go to Vixens again... I don't think it has been the same for years, pity as I leave at Dulwich hill.
Shops need to understand that punting is a treat for the punter, mess it up and an an angel loses it's wings.
Also I have a theory:
If a shop has a presence on Syd99 and there is no posts, no AR's, no roster updates then it must be crap.

Lol I've thought about visiting vixens as it's not too far from me locally but I guess not. There's nothing worse than going to a shop and being dicked by the girl AND reception. The way they handled this from the get go was just astounding to me and the fact the shop said if 'he doesn't want to come back what can we say' made me laugh like a madman.
Personally AL I find your posts unnecessarily long winded and annoying so I usually skip over them instead of reading them and complaining but the fact you offered advice such as having the thread deleted was fucking despicable. An AR like this is one of the most useful at time when not wanting to waste your hard earned cash on dud punts. You simply wanted to let them wipe the slate clean and continue letting them trap punters in these situations disgusts me.
Vixens271 just share a bit of hard time of rude cus by phone! Talk bla bla are easy! Day by day listen to all this crap, face to some others who rude to the lady ( if you see by your eyes a little Japanese girl got bleeding and must stop 2 weeks from a very gentlement looking man! Anyway, I would try my best with my tight free ye to post more real story ( if any of you confuse come to Vixens271 we had surveillance 24/7 to prove you. Dealing with all these! New receiptionist on mon and thurs had a mistake I totally understand!
We have never think of run away from any complaint! We wil face with it and deal with it!

Ah the joys of running a business and to be honest people wise it is one of the most difficult businesses that your in.
Your dealing with customers some who are stupid, and rude but most are not like that they are experienced punters and know what is what and when they are being given a bad time by the girls or the receptionist.
There are a lot of shops around and quite a price range and there are lots of girls ranging from young and beautiful to milfs or even granny. So we have plenty of choice and what decides where we go in the end for most of us is price, the girls and how we are treated by the receptionist.
We all know that some girls can be moody and difficult to manage at times but hey that's your job that's what you get paid for.
So your shop is no different from any other shop they all have these problems its how they handle it and what they do to fix problems that makes the difference.
If you got a problem you need to act swiftly positively and fix it to all parties satisfaction.

This s "silly" and " stupid" way to post but please take it from bottom of my heart:
Always something behind the red light or brothel: "Monday and Thursday "receptionist useless and stupid" - that how you feel ! Vixens271 have another 5 days, I'm sure if you coming this weekend and remind that you are only read this topic, I promise from door to door you will be treat like King and have an offered special discount from me.

He's telling you that all shop have received same kind of customers (some of which are rude to the girls or receptionist or on the phone) but it's up to the SHOP on how to handle them.
And from the way you handle this thread, everyone can see that you didnt want to address the problem but just want to forget the problem and move on as if nothing ever happened. That's EXACTLY how a BAD SHOP should handle a problem which will ensure people won't come back to you guys.
If you can take example of Ginza or MOC when they have customer complaint, you can see that they actually apologize to the customer WITHOUT being told by bunch of people on the forum.
