Excellent point and personal entertainments have always be part of the business world. In my previous job, whenever certain Directors from head office were visiting Sydney, game of golf in some expensive clubs, dinner at Golden Century with the most expensive seafood then either Chequers or Zanadu (or Babylon post 2002/3) and if the wife were with them, then the massage session will be replaced by karaoke instead..........haha, put it this way, me and my financial controller were abusing the system too as we also tag along for the good fun. And he could have been a client instead and we would have done the same without any hesitation, but from memory, we never paid for brothels or escort service, it's better to have a massage shops appears on the credit card statement than other business. But although we didn't go to any brothel, they usually signed for more than $100 tips even for those all inclusive massages, so I think they were having more than a happy ending, go figures.
My point is, what I stated above is part of business, right or wrong, it's generally acceptable because you are entertaining a VIP. But if I would have gone to Babylon by myself and spent $400 on the company credit card, then I think it's a fraud!! Can everyone see the difference here?? I would be doing a Craig Thomson!!
