I admire the dedication to the sport but from what I’ve heard holding it in for that long isn’t healthy anyway.

What’s the difference between Viagra & Ciallis with regards to what it does for you? Is there a cost difference also?

Both do the essentially same thing - help you have (and keep) erections.
Difference is duration: Viagra/sildenafil is for a few hours and Cialis/tadalafil is for around 36 hours.
Also, lots of people report getting side effects from sildenafil (flushed face, headaches, dizziness), while tadafil has many of the same side effects, but generally fewer people report getting them.
YMMV, and not going to bother looking up full stats on that, but that's the general consensus I see and hear in this and other forums over many years.
In terms of cost, quick search shows CW has Cialis at $80 for 28x5mg tablets, while Viagra is $30 for 12x100mg tablets (keeping in mind your dosage can vary depending on what your GP prescribes you).
Also, some people take tadalafil as a daily, so might be possible to get bulk prices/prescription.
Reading this reminds me of an experience with the expert Mimi.
She was determined to get a second shot out of me before we finished.
Yes she succeeded to get one of my best loads from deep within.
One of my great memories.
That was a good few years ago,
I saw her in a house in Burwood yet I understand she is now working in back of a shop Croydon.
This could give you some insight. and there are many more stories

Thanks to all for giving their experiences with Cialis, I have an appointment with my gp next week, ill get a new prescription for Cialis and give it a crack.
Has anyone ever mixed Viagra and Cialis? I know there's a dangerous condition that can result from extended periods of erection, I dont want to risk that happening, just wondering if anyone has tried it.
Never tried Cialis, but when I was weighing up Viagra vs Cialis the GP knows I like to have a drink or two, and suggested that as it lingers in the body for longer it would be better to try viagra as you use it when you need it, and then it dissipates whereas Cialis lingers. The down side is if you like use Cialis and then several hours later, have a few drinks it can cause a dangerous lowering in your blood pressure.
If you don't use alcohol, I guess it doesn't matter but thought I'd pass on what my GP said when I was weighing both options up.
I know that alcohol impairs sexual performance so I am not trying to talk about using them together, more that Cialis lingers in the body for 36 hours or so, so that is where the risk comes from.
Anyway, there are guys on this forum that have medical backgrounds who can chip in if it is an issue.
Its been two weeks since last punt/release.
As i go longer I notice im not sleeping properly. Im restless, also i feel like im easily agitated especially when asked repeatedly questions at home or at work...
I want to book in for a session but im getting bored at regulars and looking for something new. But I also dont want to get duds .
I've tried and used both Viagra and Cialis. With Viagra, I get one of the common side effects: blue-tinted haze, increased light sensitivity, and sometimes blurred vision. It is not good.
Also, Viagra does not work quickly enough if you've had a meal before ingesting it.
That is good to know.
The only side effect I have had is a red face, and sometimes a bit of headache.
The meal thing possibly explains why if I punt during the day I have no problem, but if I do at night after a meal it is different, good to know. I suppose you could just increase the dose and see if that gets around it.
Good advice.
Yeah, the condition you’re thinking of is called priapism. Not nice at all (from what I’ve read).
I’ve never taken the 20mg of Cialis and Viagra. This is because my gp said this significantly increases the risk of priapism.
Interestingly, with the daily 5mg of Cialis and viagra, my gp said I could take both at the same time, but then my specialist said don’t. The reason he gave was that viagra and Cialis actually compete, so you reduce the effectiveness of Viagra if you take it with 5mg daily cialis (and vice versa).
So in short, I suggest you either take Viagra or Cialis, not both. But of course, listen to gp over me.
Yes, I sometimes get a head flush and a bit of a runny nose when I take the 20mg Cialis. I believe that there can be other side effects such as blurred vision and headache, but I’ve never experienced them.
Haven't tried Viagra, but I like Cialis. A few days before a punt, I take 5mg each day at the same time (the time matching an hour before the time of the appointment), which increases blood flow to your dick & balls. On the day, I take 15mg an hour before. Guaranteed huge erection with appropriate ML stimulus (doesn't help with PE). Adverse effects for me of the 5mg dose are red flush in the face and heartburn. With 15mg I had moderately blurred vision on one occasion. It turns out all that blood rushing to your dick & balls reduces blood available to your optic nerve, producing something called ischemic optic neuropathy. Since the effects of Cialis last 36 hours, it was alarming but my eyesight returned to normal about 12 hours later. Re-reading this post, should note that, in the past, 15mg on the day with no 5mg preparation worked out well too. Might try that again.
