Yeah, you need a prescription for it.
There are two types of cialis you can take: the 5mg daily type, or a larger dose (up to 20mg) as needed.
The larger dose works for up to 36 hours after you take it, unlike the blue pill which lasts a few hours. It’s sometimes called the weekend drug - you take it on a Friday, and you’ll be set for the whole weekend.
I took the larger dose for a few punts last year and it worked really well most of the time. Sometimes I was too tired or stressed for some reason and it wouldnt work as well.
I’ve now switched to the 5mg daily, and Im getting erections all the bloody time throughout the day and I feel like its massively increased my libido. Im loving it.

I know what u mean, instructions say it only works an hour later for a few hours. I find for me that I get better effect by taking a whole tablet daily when I know im going to punt and start doing so 2 days before. Not sure why it works so well for me,might be in my head (brain end) but it does. I wank a lot, min 2 to 3 times a nite (sleep in separate part of house to wife after 1am) so my libido is high already and I also believe its like all muscles, u either move it or lose it haha. There's the 5mg cialis you can take daily, I'm considering switching perception to this, seems to have more utility. If you need a 10mg or more hit, just use a few tablets - price works out as well as the monthly 10mg supply too

Both do the essentially same thing - help you have (and keep) erections.
Difference is duration: Viagra/sildenafil is for a few hours and Cialis/tadalafil is for around 36 hours.
Also, lots of people report getting side effects from sildenafil (flushed face, headaches, dizziness), while tadafil has many of the same side effects, but generally fewer people report getting them.
YMMV, and not going to bother looking up full stats on that, but that's the general consensus I see and hear in this and other forums over many years.

In terms of cost, quick search shows CW has Cialis at $80 for 28x5mg tablets, while Viagra is $30 for 12x100mg tablets (keeping in mind your dosage can vary depending on what your GP prescribes you).
Also, some people take tadalafil as a daily, so might be possible to get bulk prices/prescription.

Never tried Cialis, but when I was weighing up Viagra vs Cialis the GP knows I like to have a drink or two, and suggested that as it lingers in the body for longer it would be better to try viagra as you use it when you need it, and then it dissipates whereas Cialis lingers. The down side is if you like use Cialis and then several hours later, have a few drinks it can cause a dangerous lowering in your blood pressure.

Its been two weeks since last punt/release.
As i go longer I notice im not sleeping properly. Im restless, also i feel like im easily agitated especially when asked repeatedly questions at home or at work...

That is good to know.
The only side effect I have had is a red face, and sometimes a bit of headache.
The meal thing possibly explains why if I punt during the day I have no problem, but if I do at night after a meal it is different, good to know. I suppose you could just increase the dose and see if that gets around it.
