I understand exactly what you're saying brother Charlie123, I don't think the shop is big enough for a front desk but they do have a desk at the back which is where the all the business transactions take place. I remember it was David or Miko that used to call me a half hour before my massage if I had a booking as they know I'm always late. Normally they deduct time from my booking which is fine with me as I only need around 40mins from my 1 hour booking. Yeh sl waiting room area is ok, particularly when vicki and the girls are there to chat ... Was there once with 3 other customers all standing around at the same time, was a little uncomfortable but no big deal
