I understand exactly what you're saying brother Charlie123, I don't think the shop is big enough for a front desk but they do have a desk at the back which is where the all the business transactions take place. I remember it was David or Miko that used to call me a half hour before my massage if I had a booking as they know I'm always late. Normally they deduct time from my booking which is fine with me as I only need around 40mins from my 1 hour booking. Yes space is a problem with SL but what can you do but move to a bigger shop.. The only other solution is to get creative with what you have, there is some great space saving ideas out there. You also have to be careful as council only approves so many rooms per shop which is the same problem David had, I think David renamed a room into a training room as a loop hole.

Never had a problem going to the back of 501 as there is a back entrance that I use all the time as I park on Alice St a lot so it's closer for me to walk through the back. Never been to the back of 532 but I don't imagine it would be that hard, it must have a toilet so just ask next time if you are curious.

I would say the best part of SL is the waiting room, the couch is so comfortable I could sit there all day watching the girls walk past. Only thing that makes me uncomfortable is the dirty Indians that come in, some of them look like they just came off the boat or just came from the gym covered in sweat. I wonder if they realise they stink so much, my mum says it's because they eat too much spices and garlic.
