I've said it before, bbfs is everywhere regardless of budgets or high end..
TBH I seek out bbfs whenever I can. All you really gotta do is ask. Some will ask for a tip and some will just slip it right in. Be casual about it so if she refuses it wont ruin the mood. Sometimes you don't get it and thats fine too. I've had it in low end and high end shops including (ginza etc).
It can be annoying playing the lottery when you dont have info beforehand though.

BBFS is everywhere all around the world, however in Australia is a bit trickier because you'll obviously be banned by the brothel if asking for it during intro. The only way to know is if you try it one time then ask for it, you'll get rejected a lot but you'll be surprised on how many actually offer it for some extra tip. Maybe if you're a regular who already spent tons of money for a particular brothel, the staff would let you know who can provide such a service but who knows.
Got BBFS from J Suzuka at Ginza a few months back. Was drunk, plowing away with a rubber on didn't work very well, so I just asked 'no condom?'. She said $100, I said I only had $50. She agreed. CIP was not discussed, but nor was it resisted. Got tested a few months later, all clear.
I got the impression K Nana maaaaay be open to this, though I myself didn't ask. When the moment is right, I would suggest you just ask, OP. Don't make it a big deal - just a casual q. Nobody is gonna kick you out for asking that, I don't think.
P.S. For me this was the first and last time doing BBFS with a hooker. Should NOT, repeat, should NOT have been done. Won't happen again.
