We all make mistakes and sometimes end up cancelling bookings at last minute because of so many reasons! Punting is punting!!

If thats a standard "professional customer service" as said by bc then fucking every toy boys with a complaint will be expecting a full refund from anywhere,

42G did other businesses a huge favour because if they gave into Lenka's demand for a FULL refund because he goes around bad mouthing the shop on the internet and to anyone who will listen,

then it would have set a dangerous precedent to all brothels in the industry.

On Saturday night I paid $170 for an hour extension. Girl spent the first 10 minutes showering, then decided she'd had enough and packed it in and asked me to leave. No explanation, no other girls available. I was pretty furious, but rather than freak out I just left, letting reception know I wasn't stoked. Sent them a message when I'd calmed down explaining the situation, they agreed to sort me. Next time I was in the shop, girl extended for an hour for me (rightfully so), management gave me an extra 20 minutes, and we all laughed at my insistence I wouldn't return again despite being a borderline sex addict.

TLDR: Catch more flies with sugar than vinegar.

What is bizarre is that it sounds like she agreed to the extension, which is why she was having the shower. Somehow during that time, she had time to reflect and contemplate the situation and decided that the money wasn't worth it and bailed.
