I didn't say anything wrong if I booked and my booked canceled with no reason this is ( disrespect) for me and for my time.
That's didn't happened to me but if happened I don't complain I just don't come again.

Why is "everyone" (well, a few) saying "canceled with NO reason". There's ALWAYS a reason: booking lost, double booking, provider not on-site, provider not available, provider doesn't want to see you, etc., etc. ... It's just that the shop might not want to tell you the reason. So? Maybe the shop doesn't want to admit their own mistake. Maybe they're unsure of how well you'll take the reason; seems some (not saying you (2nd person singular)) might throw a temper tantrum and a hissy fit. It's not like they're saying you have terminal cancer with only a week to live. Not a perfect world. PERSPECTIVE.

I've had bookings screwed up, booking canceled. Just time for Plan B, secondary target. My latest "canceled" booking? Arrived to find the girl busy; would have to wait 30 minutes. I just figured she'd tried to squeeze another booking in. Yea, I looked at my messages: there was my booking request, her confirmation... ... ... for LAST week. I'd forgotten to make the booking for THIS week. Damages? I had to walk into the shop with all her colleagues GRINNING - they knew EXACTLY what had happened. I apologized, she smiled... life's not perfect; I'm certainly not.

Happens once, or OCCASIONALLY, I'd return. No need to cut off your nose to spite your face.

Now, if it happens repeatedly, FFS, learn to read the room.

And the way some people whine, I can certainly see why they are persona non grata.

TBH I was more surprised at the amount of people defending N5M/sharing experiences. I thought N5M overall was far worse compared to Ginza (as I used to go Ginza most times I punted before), but you actually changed my mind after reading all other punters experiences.

I understand you are frustrated because you spent all your time there driving just to get the booking cancelled so you try to complain here (anyone would be, and it happens in any shops). You said N5M is going to lose precious customers and money but you also said you're still visiting there frequently? They probably wouldn't change in that case as they know you will come back anyways. What's in all this time-consuming for you?

I don't think you should give up. This is obviously important to you.

If you're not going to take the lawsuit seriously, I'd look at options like ACA; they love checking in on dodgy operators. Failing that, getting published in the Sun Herald might give you issue more visibility. Or you could head outside and shake your fists at the clouds.

One thing when I say with no reason I was wrong to say if I mean with no reasonable reason.
Yes they cant force any girl to the work if she not in the mood or very tired.
The past week I visit shop i see in there roster they have new girl and I give it a try.
She was good .... after we finished she told me that sometimes iam to exhausted I can't welcome any customer even if they are nice for the rest of the day.
So yes you are right.
But remember if this go out of control the shop gonna lost money.

Except not all business is the same. I’ve got plenty of mates in construction that will not take any jobs from lawyers because they never pay on time/weasel out of paying. It’s not worth their time.

Also have friends that used to be working girls that would absolutely refuse clients because they are rough or aggressive or smoke or just plain hard work. Girls want to come in and do their job without the headfuck of dealing with customers that constantly want to push boundaries.

Same thing with my work in hospo. Some people aren’t worth the effort and it’s better in the end to just get rid of them. These people aren’t good customers if they are carrying on and upsetting your staff. And the problems they cause with staff cost you money as replacing a good staff member is much harder than replacing a deadbeat customer.
