What are you talking about. If they have 2 customer bookings, they earn $600

If they cancel 1, they lose $300

Yes true. 99.9% of J girls are with an agency so realistically, it wouldn't make a difference if a customer cancels. Everyone gets paid at the end of the day.

Its more like a missed opportunity however as @carmen farquis mention, another opportunity "customer" would come around anyways..

Unless it’s an outcall agency, a popular shop can fill the time of a popular girl quite easily, no money lost except the trouble he might have caused if she let him stay.

This is not how it works at all. The girls do not pay the shop $300/$500 to use a room. The shop only gets paid if the girl has customers and we take a split from that. So for expample a 60 min diamond booking is $300 the girl will usually take $220 and the shop will take $80. The reason girls get pushed is because they do good service or we think the customer will enjoy her. The girls that do so/so service are not getting pushed.

The agent only gets paid if the girl gets paid. If she has no customers for the day then the agent gets $0 from that girl

Thanks Abs90, I was told exactly the same by a manager / owner.

After reading this whole thread, I'm pretty sure the owners of ginza, n5m and other popular shops are doing just fine without that one customer being refused service out of the double digit number of men walking into that shop each day.

And those girls are doing fine without that one customer they have refused service to.

Yes the girl is charging for a service but like any business owner or contractor, if you have a customer who is pissing you off, being difficult demanding etc, you can always give them their money back and tell them to fuck off and go somewhere else.

Lmao I've been blacklisted by one WL for reasons only me and her know the real truth too but despite what she told management i just moved the fuck on and book other girls now as there is no point in arguing about it regardless of the truth or your expectations of being a paying customer.

You guys are talking about the hyper-popular girls like J Ice or K Leana/Jessie/Rebecca from Ginza who are fully booked all the time

These girls are probably the top 1% of all WL's and can easily replace a booking that was cancelled

But most girls aren't like this. Most girls are not 100% booked out. Theres been alot of times when I can just walk in and see a girl at a popular shop during quiet times. I also came across alot of girls who just sleep through their shift and can go for hours without a customer. Some girls may only get 1 or 2 customers a day if they're lucky

For most of the average WL's its probably not that easy to just "replace" a customer who they cancelled on.

And theres alot of WL's & shops out there. So these girls are constantly competing with each other for customers and regular customers too

If a girl is occupying a room like in some shops and she cancels a customer's booking. Shop will be losing money for sure

If a girl cancels a customer's booking, ain't no one will be getting paid.
Girl doesn't get paid
Agency doesn't get paid
Shop doesn't get paid
And an unhappy customer who had his booking cancelled

Its a lose-lose situation for all parties involved

If there is a cancellation, there are usually two types of reasons: ones they have no control over (such as emergencies, getting sick, getting attacked by some scumbag), and ones they do have control over (the person they are cancelling on is someone they don't want to see - for whatever reason. They have that right, don't they?)

Of course, shops that take feedbacks and act on it are usually more successful. They use feedbacks to evaluate the girls and the customers, a serial complainer is not what a shop wants for a customer. Remember, a girl generates a lot more income to the shop than a single undesirable customer.

How i know? because it's happened to me.
I visit i shop that I used to go and try new girl (she was old fuck me) anyway she told me that the girls says you are very good and gentle.
So yes the shops know about the punters attitude.
