The old forum was closed for operation when this new forum commenced on 06/03/2012.

Silver Fox, 316 Central, Stanmore - none of these shops were even opened when this new forum started - so how could I even set any goal towards these non existent shops and mamasans ??

I think you need to understand the difference between touting for business and being responsive in a forum platform such as this. All advertisers are here to gain business from forum readers, I do not "tout" as per the way you put it. I simply responding to threads and also airing my views. The issue of shillgor has been around long long before you joined the forum and everything was positive before shillgor spoke for you.
You can fix this very quickly and easily by openly telling shillgor not to speak for your shop and tell members that your are 100% independent. That way you separate yourself from shillgor and let him deal with the ongoing problems he has caused for himself. But for whatever reason I suspect you are not able or not willing to do that. Of course no one can provide any proof. The proof is what everyone reads between the lines. Even though shillgor assumes members are stupid (yes some are), most are smart enough to realise what’s going on. Don’t make the same mistake as shillgor.
So unfortunately this will continue to have a negative effect on you and your shop. You can always ask admin to ban a bunch of members to get rid of the problem but that will just sink your credibility.
