Want to try Ginza have not been yet can someone explain to me the difference between the 2 shops I heard there is a couple or even 3.

Empire has good privacy with backdoor entrance, however, don't expect privacy when you walk in. It'd be nice if the staff and owner have interest in not making guys bump into each other and have that awkward look on each other... but that doesn't seem to be the priority for them. You might bump into your friend or work colleague - who knows?
That's the only downside I can think of for Empire.

True, looking at your post again, if you are looking for RNT, Ginza is not the place. Ginza is a pure brothel, all the girls will open their legs for you within the first 5 mins.
