Want to try Ginza have not been yet can someone explain to me the difference between the 2 shops I heard there is a couple or even 3.

Empire has good privacy with backdoor entrance, however, don't expect privacy when you walk in. You can bump into a few guys there at the counter, on the way up the stairs to their rooms, or just about finished. It'd be nice if the staff and owner have interest in not making guys bump into each other and have that awkward look on each other... but that doesn't seem to be the priority for them. You might bump into your friend or work colleague - who knows?
That's the only downside I can think of for Empire.

Yeah, you rarely see anyone in the backlane entrance to GC, but the backlane entrance to GE is nearby coffee shops and footpath traffic that allows a view of the entrance and locals obviously know what you're up to.
