Signal of downhill for a shop?

I have wanted to bring this up many times but finally have the time (and am not being lazy enough) today.

227 NSM used to be at the top of my list for a long while (since 2019). Then I found out the same owner/management took over 41 Epping with some ML overlapping, so I have been going to 41 Epping most of the time. However, I feel like this shop is going downhill and I'm not really into it recently because:

1. The shop uses more and more fake photos. As a punter, I have to admit using fake photos is very common in ML shops. But 41 Epping used to be an exception to this. However, it started with the famous/popular K ML - Susie. The photo for her was 100% fake; I found the source, which was a hot girl in her 20s, while the true Susie is definitely in her late 30s (don't get me wrong, she provides good service, though she has a bit of a higher charge rate). Now, there are more and more fake photos.

2. Even worse than fake photos, they attach fake ML to famous names. I have had many amazing times with Cherry and Melissa. Both are lovely ladies with super hot bodies who try their best to make your money worth it. However, from 2024/2025 when I booked Cherry or Melissa, a totally different ML went into my room and claimed to be them. The ironic thing is, the shop owner still uses the photos of the true Cherry and Melissa.

3. We know that from time to time, ML will try to charge you more when your little head is in control. But in my recent experiences—whether the ML is Korean, Thai, Japanese, or Chinese—they all try to charge me more than the standard ($50 for NHJ, $100 CBJ, $150 FS). My latest session was with a super hot BBW lady... and she said $50 for HJ and $100 for B2B. Well, I paid the $100 and guess what? The hot BBW just stood beside me and did an NHJ. I asked for some body touch or Spanish and she rejected it immediately (then what the hell is B2B?).

Overall, I cannot book the ML I used to see, and I cannot even trust the photos they post. Even worse, almost every ML is trying to milk my pocket as much as possible while providing the bare minimum service... what is the point of going there anymore?

I have a couple of suggestions for you, based on my own experience over 35 years.... yes, all the way back when Asian workers did not dominate the industry like they do today.

1. Don't take any note of photos or names. You simply show up and if you don't like the woman introduced to you, you simply walk. It kind of spoils thinks when you walk out and especially if you have driven all the way to Epping or another suburb.

1. Be prepared to negotiate diplomatically and without becoming angry or aggressive when extras are discussed. If the girl says "xxxx is $150" you can always say, "sorry, it is not for me this time because I only have $100 for xxxx. No hard feelings." Very often the girl will agree to your counter-offer. The girl would be thinking "In the next 20 minutes I could make zero or $100." And she will usually go for the money.

Totally agree with the fake photos, this kinda stuff put a pause on my punting. Waste of time, money and expectation.

Another piece of advice, as someone who has been visiting WLs/MLs privately, in various establishments, all races, all shapes and sizes, for about 20 years now...

If it seems too good to be true, it usually probably is.

331 concord was also a good shop. I don't know if they have changed the ownership or what. Now they use fake photos lot more than they used to. And the receptionist there pushes you to pay money before even looking at the girls and gets aggressive if you demand to see the girls before you pay or you wanna decide which girl you want to see

331 was a bad experience for me I was hoping to see an alleged J girl Kiyomi if I recall, but when I asked where she was from Tokyo and specifically "Shinchyuku" in the most Chinese accent and mispronunciation I had to try figure what she meant by that.
Suffice to say she wasn't J at all and was a complete bait n switch, when stuff like that happens I lose trust in the store

Is it still "Jaden" running both 227 NS and 41 Epping? And is the over photoshopping and fake photos with their recent girls only or even their old girls? Susie been there for ages IIRC shop does photoshop a bit with girls like Melissa and Taylor who are older IRL esp Melissa but both are still "fairly" representative from photos and give decent service but have not tried their recent J girls.

It's a pity that we can't report on shops in the After Report sections. They are so inundated with fake adverts by the major providers, that they are pointless. You would think that the forum admins would prevent it if they wanted to help run a proper forum for clients.

I do not know Jaden tho, just know those shops are/were same owner from this fourm. I can accept photoshopping, but now those shops use total unrelated photo, like random hot chick from internet.
