I have a couple of suggestions for you, based on my own experience over 35 years.... yes, all the way back when Asian workers did not dominate the industry like they do today.

1. Don't take any note of photos or names. You simply show up and if you don't like the woman introduced to you, you simply walk. It kind of spoils thinks when you walk out and especially if you have driven all the way to Epping or another suburb.

1. Be prepared to negotiate diplomatically and without becoming angry or aggressive when extras are discussed. If the girl says "xxxx is $150" you can always say, "sorry, it is not for me this time because I only have $100 for xxxx. No hard feelings." Very often the girl will agree to your counter-offer. The girl would be thinking "In the next 20 minutes I could make zero or $100." And she will usually go for the money.
