I’m usually Not a FS person and I have never been to Ginza or the new 278.

It’s just location wise , much easier for me to visit 5 Star if I need a FS fix, and still , I haven’t been back since my last review there long time ago.

So I’m speaking perhaps from an outsider point of view :

But from what I could remember, the main reason why Ginza was successful in the first place when it opened after Tokyo Cat was that they were mainly staffed with genuine Japanese girls who were young and hot and provide good services and without the Asian only restriction as well.

Then of course, may be due to good management, training and customer services, they have continued to do well even they are now more of an Asian shop rather than a specialist Japanese WLs place.

And again just from memory, they never had this issue about recruiting WLs from the local talent pools as most of their recruits were Japanese from overseas , so never heard a word from anyone regarding this “stealing “ from other shops which is ridiculous anyway as WLs are free to work for whatever shop they wish to with may be better pay, better conditions , better boss and or more customers.

So, only time will tell how this will develop in the next 6-12 months as only through going past the peak seasons in summer months can you really tell if they are the real deal and sustainable.
