I’m usually Not a FS person and I have never been to Ginza or the new 278.
It’s just location wise , much easier for me to visit 5 Star if I need a FS fix, and still , I haven’t been back since my last review there long time ago.
So I’m speaking perhaps from an outsider point of view :
But from what I could remember, the main reason why Ginza was successful in the first place when it opened after Tokyo Cat was that they were mainly staffed with genuine Japanese girls who were young and hot and provide good services and without the Asian only restriction as well.
Then of course, may be due to good management, training and customer services, they have continued to do well even they are now more of an Asian shop rather than a specialist Japanese WLs place.
And again just from memory, they never had this issue about recruiting WLs from the local talent pools as most of their recruits were Japanese from overseas , so never heard a word from anyone regarding this “stealing “ from other shops which is ridiculous anyway as WLs are free to work for whatever shop they wish to with may be better pay, better conditions , better boss and or more customers.
So, only time will tell how this will develop in the next 6-12 months as only through going past the peak seasons in summer months can you really tell if they are the real deal and sustainable.

The funny thing was Asian girls that started elsewhere then move to Ginza/278, but Japanese girls started in Ginza then move elsewhere.
Where did they move to?
I thought less were coming from Japan
There have always been lots coming from Japan. Previously they have been doing their trades mainly at Ginza, but nowadays you see more spread elsewhere. Surprisingly 42 occasionally may have more Japanese girls on some days.
Many Ginza Japanese eventually move to other FS shops or agencies instead.
I hope 42G will improve to where it was. Couldn't find Asian super start here these days and their Caucasian choices are too small with little details. Anyone know where Cassie went?

I think the girls talk so they recommend shops for other works. I ha e no evidence but I suspect a lot of girls ask to work at ginza but there is a long queue due to facilities.
So they open 2nd shop because word spread of how much buisness the girls are earning. This could be reason why they have a second shop. I wouldn’t be surprised too that there are too many customers for the most part.
When you put 1 and 1 together, it was a smart investment for 278. Lots of ppl looking for ginza girl service and enough girls offering the hard work for the price point.
Ginza really proof the point by opening a cheaper shop.
They open the new standard for this price range.
By setting standard u pay for what u get.
Like i said the shop like 42 or n5m or any shop they use to just loaded up girls n service is not important is a past, I think they now realise it's a problem they need to make sure girls do provide service.
But like I said Chinese girls do mostly like Chinese guys n ginza definitely have more Chinese clients then 42.
That way they definitely earn more if they dont have to avoid western clients
Ginza also has the advantage of being centrally located
There are other city shops, but they dont value the ladies providing consistent service, so they dont have strong base of regulars.

Been pretty good at 42 but not go that often really. Seen a few of the thai girls and had a good time. Maybe more competition as you venture out west to rydalmere and granville. Granville has around 6 shops all close together so you could get a 30 girl lineup assuming each shop has 5 girls available and just walk or drive from shop to shop.
True, but I live at parramatta I dont even go to rydamlere or granville anymore because the young ones all move out to better location to earn money.
West is not like b4 back 10 year or 15years u dont need to go ct to find quality young chicks.
Brothel is a business of the shops starting to feel d pain they will learn n adapt the way ginza do.

42 glades is still pretty decent ... although I wish they still had their Singaporean babes available - that being said one shop that’s definitely gone downhill is 485 Rockdale, they used to have the goods but nowadays not many new girls on their roster

Yes. Not only does a shop need a good core of regulars, but needs to have a steady stream of WLs.
Good recruiting in other words
As someone else said, a WL loses business once the core regular base have seen her once or twice.
Again I dont understand why in some shops, the WL make no effort to entice you to return. Friendly attitude, smile, flirting.
Ok, many men look more like hairy caveman than James Bond, but there are attractive customers around as well
Its so simple to make a little more effort and secure repeat business.
Many unenthusiastic experiences I had, which with a bit more effort I may have returned to see that WL again

The owner of gladesville sold the rockdale shop. Before the girls use to move between the two shops. Not anymore.

Yes 42 and M5 are owned by the same owner. They also owned Rockdale before selling it to someone else.

For the record, I’ve been to 42 Gladesville 8 times for 6 hits. Coco@42 was my fuck of 2017 and Cici@42 (now Yoyo at Ginza) my best so far for 2018. They were both shop recommendations (Simon).
However, last 2 visits were wipeouts — a walk and a “should have walked”.
My original query was about 42 losing its mojo.
Any other opinions?
I note no other boys are complaining, so maybe it’s just me.
