I never had an issue there but I noticed they added a lot of new staff when I've gone back so the transition might always have some friction. I actually had more booking & delay issues when I started going to Ginza, some girls cancelled, one time I had to wait 40min, etc, probably my luck at the beginning . But it's Much better now
