I've been using Ginza for over 20 years, since their early days in Maroubra. They know me. I know Wilson. They know that when I book, I'll be there. I'll pay. I'll make sure the girl enjoys herself as much as I do. It's a shame then, that this loyalty is no longer reciprocated. Last night I made a booking for today via sms. Today I arrived to find the girl that I booked wasn't there. Why no message? Why no text? No letting me know the girl wasn't going to be there ... just let me drive all the way in ... and spring it on me at the last second. "Oh ... yeah ... sorry bro ... " c'mon, that's barely an apology, lacking in sincerity as much as it is disrespectful. Sure, they offered a girl who wasn't booked, but I booked the day before FOR A REASON. So I declined. Yes, business is great. Yes, you're making a killing. But just remember one thing: if you forget the customers who got you off the ground, we'll forget you!
