What's the weirdest/strangest thing/fetish a customer has asked for which you accepted or denied?

I didn't dare to punch a guy when he asked me to do that. Another one like to book double, so while he knees on the ground, one girl plays with his ass, another one lying down on her back and does hj and it looks like we milks a cow (sorry I can't describe what it is properly with my limited language.
