That ridge still exists on guys that are uncut, however in my experience girls put on rubbers incorrectly. Rather than peel the foreskin back, exposing the whole head before putting the dom on they.. just put it on over the top of the foreskin. Which is what this drawing seems to indicate?

On top of this the extra skin can bunch up for more.. ridges/stimulation/whatever. There have been studies on this aspect but none seem to agree if women like it more or less.

Basically if you are not using a rubber the skin peels back. If you put a rubber on and do not peel back you are.. doin' it wrong.
