For Alan question, I really don't like to discuss about someone when they're away. But I show interest in him here does not mean that I want to see him in real life. Actually his existence doesn't matter to me. Why I have to care if he's real or not?
Of course you get paid. The idea is that you give uncle a freebie or discounted session and he does a nice long report with lots of !!!! And next day you wake up and everything has changed. You are booked out solid everyday. Some good, some bad, some sickos but they all pay the fee + tips and babycat is happy and closer to achieving goal quicker.
