And so it was a quiet day in the shop yesterday with all the actions happening online. First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone who showed interests and concerns to the interactions between Christmas and I. One thing needs to be clarified is that we are not fighting or quarreling, in fact after yesterday's visit by Christmas, I would like to think that we are now friends (I really do !!) Oh by the way Chrissy, let me buy you a treat the next time ok?? I understand now that there is no malice in her postings and I am totally comfortable with her. I have stated my views many times that we welcome any kind of feedback or reviews (be it positive or negative) as long as they are legit and constructive. What upsets me alittle are the trolling sidekicks which I am sure Chrissy is not affiliated with them in real life. To me, those trolls scares me. And I meant it. Exactly as the way Chrissy posted in her blog.

Yes, anonymity is what I am scared of. It is a dangerous thing as anonymity gives people the power to hurt. It gives a false sense of superiority over one or many. It gives the person courage to commit or say things they normally wouldn't say in real life. The point I am trying to make above is just a very small discussion on how anonymous postings can cause great impact without even knowing it. So to those of you who jumped onto the "Christmas bashing Bella" bandwagon, shame on you. It made me mad and turned green. What sort of person would make numerous accusations about me submitting to someone else's wish for me not to make further response in a thread or suggesting my mind has been poisoned by someone out there?! Come on guys, I am a person with my own thoughts and principles, give me some credits for that. You know what? I am a paying shop owner to gain access to this forum, do you think I will just listen mindlessly to anyone here? *pfft...*
I do not normally like to lose my temper and become agitated with my words, but this need to be made known. Moving forward, I would kindly ask for those who wish to attack me (actually this should be extended to the entire cyber space realm, but I can only try to protect myself to begin with), do spare a thought that your words can have very negative impact on me as a person. Christmas has an online persona which I now understand and will be comfortable with the way she posts from now on. Those who are just faceless user names and kept attack me? I am very flattered by some of the attentions shown to me recently, giving me praises as such and some are even PMing me asking if we have met before.
There are some boundaries which I wish that could be respected by all.
Firstly, I am no longer working so please do not ask me if I will do massages for rejections might offend some.
Secondly, as I am no longer working so please do not ask where I worked before or make known my previous identity.
Lastly, I have been working very hard to find all the best possible masseurs to provide good service to our customers. Any of my masseurs who have shortchanged customers will no longer have any shifts at my shop. For those who continue to work here, please shower all your love to them ok?
Thank for all the interests but ... my time has passed as a masseur. Do help me (if you can) to become a good shop owner by showing all your supports to our masseurs.

Hi Guys,
So Elsa and Mika are currently on holiday for a few weeks. In their absence, we have quite a number of new masseurs lined up and some of them are pretty hot like today's Sydney weather!!
Jessica, Apple and Ann are all pretty looking sorts with good working attitude. Feel free to come and try their massage skills. If you have any feedback do let us know after you finish the session. Also, we have a genuine 18 yr old masseur starting on Thursday. Keep a look out for those who wish to have a sweet young masseur soothing out those tired muscles.
For those who have trusted my recommendations, the stunners for this week will be Jessica and Apple for sure!

I have to inform you all that we currently have a red hot girl in our shop. We manage to get a really hot girl to start some shifts at our shop. The Young Ones
Starting from this week, we have two genuine teenage masseuse (one is 18 and the other 19) in the form of Kim and Lumi pulling shifts.
Kim is an apprentice learning the trade of remedial massage. Her willing to learn attitude means that she is improving all the time. What seems to be lack of massage skills is being compensated with her playful personality. Come and have a chat with her and the possibilities is limited by only your imagination. Come in and have a session with Kim to discuss all your massage needs.
Lumi is fast becoming an accomplished masseuse having previously trained by Elsa and Mika. Lumi has also learnt Spanish from Elsa and have already got many returned customers looking for her to give Spanish lessons.
Another young one in her early 20s is Apple who have been extremely popular since she started. Bookings galore so in order to avoid disappointment please take note of her rostered days. Please treat Apple well as she is really a gem in the making.

The Scammer
Last week was a week where for the first time, one of our masseuses got mistreated by a scammer. The customer did not pay the service rendered on him. He pretended to slip a $50 into her pocket and in actual fact didn't do so!We know that not all customers are as sly and deceiving. Our masseuses work hard to give good services to our clients, for him to do that is totally unacceptable and such a low life as well. If it is a genuine moment of "forgotten to pay up", perhaps we can understand but we are certain that this is not the case. We know who you are and if you are reading this, please do not think that you can pull off such a trick in our shop again, for all our masseuses are already informed of your low act. You can come back and pay up accordingly but I doubt you will.

Bella Massage is Now Officially Opened
After a month of soft launch, we are now please to announce that starting from 2nd of October, Bella Massage is now officially opened!
I have also learnt alot during the soft launch period to slowly transition into a management role. Once again thank you for all the interests in me but as mentioned many times, I hope to now back away from all the attentions and manage my shop properly. So do come and show your supports!
In the coming months, we have managed to get some of the popular names in the massage circuit to pull shifts at our shop! Don't speculate who those might be, just come into the shop and have a look!

I am so happy with the support shown by some of the forum members here.
Thank you all very much for the positive reviews on my shop. You guys make it worthwhile for us to continue to try and provide everyone with a pleasant experience coming to our shop. The massage shop scene is highly competitive and what I am trying to do is to create a branding for Bella Massage. I am fully aware of the shop short comings in terms of lacking in amenities and the poorly designed walls between each room. Like someone pointed out, it is the way it currently is due to architectural constraints and more importantly regulatory restrictions.
I hope that in time to come, I hope that we can perhaps move to a location with better facilities. This will not be possible without your continual support. In the mean time, I hope that all our customers can see that what lacking in facilities, we make it up with an enhanced experience each time they come to Bella Massage. I want my customers to know that we are a shop which focus highly on customer satisfactions, provide a good working environment for our masseuses and lastly we do not have bias treatment towards either side of the camp. I feel the need to protect my masseuses at times when they encounter unruly customers. The returning masseuses working in our shop are all very nice girls and work hard for their money. Please be nice and gentle to them.
Also to share some insights with the readers out there, whenever we find that a masseuse repetitively short change customers sessions, bad working attitude and provide poor services, we will stop putting them on the roster. In fact, we do not hesitate to terminate their shift with immediate effect.
