So what is the crux of your complaint? You didn’t like the line up, ok, each to their own, we all have different tastes. But is seems you were only put out by 5-10 minutes by the mix up with the booking. You say you drove 40 mins total there and back, 20 mins each way. But you were called 15 mins out (or 20 according to the shop).
