I lean towards the side of genius.

I dont agree with everything he says (eg the intro of a universal basic income).

But i very much like the push he is making with alternate energy, faster travel etc.

Even if he doesnt actually get all the way with it the fact that he is creating more of a dialouge about this stuff the better.
