It seems to me that there is an underhanded campaign at the moment that is targeting these two shops.
I don’t know if you read as well as you think since he did in fact identify his faves at 42.

As I mentioned before it’s actually more than merely highlighting the different experiences he had.

He also went about it the right way - raising his complaints to the reception directly and his side of the story.

Then there’s the response post from N5M. Just re-read it and ask yourself if all those previous criticisms were fabricated, or were they pretty much a reflection of the inconsistency on services issues at this shop that was validated by this guy’s experience.

I guess at the end of the day, people are just going to believe what they want to believe.

Let’s face it, a shop will always going to have real gems and girls who are just coasting through. The good ones play the long term game and make sure their customers get what they pay for.
