Hi Meng!! Jesse here.. Terribly sorry to hear this happened. Using phones are definitely a no-no here, and we don't want girls with mechanical service as well. Simon and Justin had spoken to her, me and Gary will speak to her again too tonight. We are addressing her attitude as well, she said will improve so we'll see. We'll keep a close eye on her.
