Mi Goreng, I fully understand your problem and your feeling. I agreed with your comments. However, this is the problem with business running by Chinese.
I have nothing against Chinese or any ethnics, but I have experienced similar situations with other Chinese joints.
You can either ask the shop owners to improve their services/attitude, or choose not to go there anymore. That's just life.
just thought I should mention: Now, if you pay that $10, to access the boards, then post 4 "full" reviews, your Bronze membership's valid for a year w/o continuous pay. ...That's the policy until July 1st so far-not sure of the specifics after that.

Well, I was on my way to the city this morning, browsing along when I noticed that Leng was on today. So, after much past contemplation, I called up and booked and made my first visit to SL and my first (which will likely lead to many) session with the new "star" Leng. Let me just say from the up top: NO "HYPE"-ALL REAL.
I arrived a few minutes early. It turns out Leng was finishing a session and my own session started about 10 minutes late - not a complaint of course. I was actually not surprised; just a testament to her popularity. In the meantime, I had a chat w/Vicky. Her looks aside(which I found a good liking to), her demeanor was awesome and I was already glad I chose a visit to the shop.
When Leng walked out of her session, there stood the cutest, most adorable face, resembling a Korean actress (that I can't quite get my finger on) with an as gorgeous smile. A middle aged man walked out(on this forum perhaps? :-P). Vicky walked me to the room and mentioned that I must try and see other girls like Tiffany and Cici (bucket list extended).
Leng walked in and I must admit, that even with her limited English, she good effort to communicate and no frustration due to the lack of it exists (I've had my unfortunate moments). Would help if I had at least some low level knowledge of Cantonese though. Oh well, c'est la vie. Anyhow, eventually paid upfront for the nude HJ. She texted and apologize and say she treats me as a friend , if she treats me as a friend , then she should not even do this to me , i just feel dishourned , maybe other places treats me too well , example M8 , when i just call , the girls even recognized my voice and know who am i after for , they even always give me the room i like , this is how i was treated in M8 to be honest ... Even i dont have to keep the discount card , they just remember and asked me to used whenever i got 30 minutes free ...
I dont give a fuck how good is Leng is but in the end if i was to be treated like this , then there will be no way i will go back again . This is my policy , i dont normally complain even if i got bad service , but if i was treated by someone like this situation , i felt dishourned and i know too , in the end the shop doesnt not give a fuck to lost a customer like me , thats fair enough as there are more bro's here who will still go and enjoy the service provided there ...

Lets look at what else could have been done: the previous guy who was late should be the one got the cut back, fair enough, but he only has a 30 min book, if cut back the booking has to be cancelled so both the shop and Leng will miss out!!

I asked Vicky the same question why you and this is what she told me in her own words:
The booking before was running late but he only has half an hour so i cant cut time from him. And after the 4pm, there are 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, if i push the 4pm back then all the booking after that will be stuffed up. And this customer for 4pm has been here before and he was very nice, so i apologised to him and offer him free massage while waiting for Leng. To finish and if he can take a 45 min instead then ecerything is back on track, i have no idea he will react like that and just walked away. I am sorry, but just look at the weather, if the 5pm came in late, i will tell him to tske 45 or 30 min too

Haha so Mi Goreng got a cancelled booking, don't see what the big deal is. These things happen like double bookings etc so just take a chill pill and don't think that the world is there to serve you. Sometimes these things happen, just roll with it buddy or you can be a baby and cry about it.
Mi Goreng, I understand how you feel. This is a common thing in massage shops in general. I wish it wasn't but when faced with a late arriving customer the mamasan took the job instead of telling the customer 'sorry the girl has another booking at 4pm'. They'll always take the sure thing over a maybe. After all you may have turned up a few minutes late.
I booked a girl I know at a different shop on the weekend and 20 minutes before the booking time she texts me and says 'can we move the booking 10 minutes later?'. I text back ok. She had a walk in or a late arrival and did the courtesy of telling me beforehand. Did she refuse the earlier customer? No of course not- it is a business and they need to make money.
