Have money to basically support her for the rest of her life (she wont have saved much and she will have to stop working in the industry)
Find out if she has children or parents to support
Actually having common interests apart from sex - Speak her native tongue and know her culture well gets points otherwise how can you really get to know her if her English is poor?
Owning your own home gets points
Not being a creepy or controlling or selfish guy gets points
Not expecting her to be your care slave or love slave gets points
Not being a punter gets points
