They are the same owner.

447 has changed hands. They are actually quite busy and have more non-Asian customers from late afternoon/evening onwards.
421 has new renovation has business pick up a bit. But cannot compare with 447 or 501/532

On the other end 329A is just a small shop upstairs opposite train station. It is a small operation with few MILF.
It is okay quality with no special stunner or surprise.
