Hi mate. Sorry to hear of your bad experience. I have been to this shop on several occasions and have only ever received outstanding service. I do understand your disappointment of not seeing E. I have seen her before and she is wonderful. Let’s hope this is an isolated instance. I met Vivi on one of my visits and she is a really friendly person who will go out of her way to fix an issues. I do hope she gets back to you and resolves the issue.
